How Memriq apps work

One account, separate apps, and sharing that you control.

Three things to know

  1. Step 1One Memriq account

Sign in once with Google or email. The same account opens every Memriq app.

  2. Step 2Each app does one job

Drift plans trips, Merc helps you buy, Ease prepares paperwork. Each works on its own.

  3. Step 3They share what you allow

Apps can read from each other only where you turn it on, and you can turn it off in Settings.

One sign-in for every app

Sign in once on memriq.ai or any app. Moving between apps keeps you signed in. Signing out signs you out of every Memriq app.

Apps share only what you allow

  • Merc reads a trip’s dates to suggest what to buy.
  • Dwell adds the house jobs that are due to Helm.
  • Bond reads birthdays from your connected Google account, through Harbor.

Each connection is off until you turn it on, and can be turned off in Settings.

Apps that work together

One app is the doorway to the rest.

You might find Memriq through one app — planning a trip in Drift, say. When the trip needs a to-do, a budget, a gift or a ticket, the Memriq app that does that best is one step away, and the trip comes with you.

Below is what the apps do together, starting from Drift. Each row says what works today and what is coming. Where one app reads your information from another, you turn that on first.

  • Drift with Helm

Your trip's to-dos in your Helm list

Today: What you need to do for a trip shows up as a to-do in your Helm list, and finishing it in Drift ticks it off in Helm.

Coming: The trip on your calendar, an out-of-office while you are away, morning-of reminders, and Drift's agent watching for a booking window to open and filling the form up to the pay button.

  • Drift with Harbor

Your travel email, read for you

Today: Connect your email through Harbor and turn on automatic reading, and Drift reads it, read-only, for booking confirmations; each one becomes a booking in Drift. Turn it off and nothing more is read.

Coming: One place in Harbor holding every confirmation, ticket and conversation for the trip, and replies to an operator drafted for you and sent only after you approve them.

  • Drift with Revel

Tickets and outings, in one place

Today: In Revel, an outing keeps its tickets together, says how each one gets you in, and today's outing opens even with no signal.

Coming: Revel outings and their tickets inside your Drift trip's day, and events on your trip dates.

  • Drift with Crello

Things at home, sorted while you are away

Coming: Hand the things to sort out at home while you are away on to Crello, which shows which adults in your household are free for each pickup and chore. You decide who takes them.

  • Drift with Merc

What to buy for the trip, in time

Coming: Things on your packing list sent to Merc to find, each option's delivery checked against the day you leave (or sent to your first night's stay), and a reminder before a return window closes.

  • Drift with Reckon

    The trip, against your budget

Coming: Each booking compared against your travel budget in Reckon, a suggestion of which card to pay with, foreign prices at an estimated rate, and the trip's costs split with the people you travel with.

  • Drift with Bond

A trip experience, as a gift

Coming: Any part of a trip wrapped as a gift, hidden until the moment you choose, revealed with an email and an unwrapping page, and kept as a keepsake in Bond.

  • Drift with Move

At the rental counter, know what you already have

Coming: Before you pay for extras at a car rental desk, what your own car insurance may already cover, from the policy you confirmed in Move. Drift does not sell insurance.

  • Drift with Haven

What an operator needs, shared privately

Coming: With your permission, needs you choose to share from Haven, such as dietary limits, passed to a booking without the reason behind them.

Helm is where the next steps land

Helm keeps it all in one list

Helm is the to-do list every other app writes to. A trip, a renewal, a birthday: each lands in Helm with the app that can do it.

  • Drift adds its next steps to Helm
  • Merc adds its next steps to Helm
  • Ease adds its next steps to Helm
  • Dwell adds its next steps to Helm
  • Table adds its next steps to Helm
  • Bond adds its next steps to Helm
