You stay in control of the data Memriq holds about you. Here is exactly what you can ask for, and how.
What you can request
- Access — a copy of the account data Memriq holds about you across its products.
- Portability — that copy delivered in a portable, machine-readable format you can take elsewhere.
- Correction — update or fix inaccurate account information.
- Deletion — removal of your account and the personal data tied to it, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@memriq.ai. We will confirm within seven days. If you are subscribed to a Memriq newsletter, every edition includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Where it lives
Memriq applications run on infrastructure operated by Memriq in the United States, primarily Railway (compute), Neo4j Aura (graph data), MongoDB Atlas (document/event data), and Resend (transactional email). Sign-in is brokered by Google. LLM completions are processed by OpenAI; we transmit only the necessary context and prompts required by each product. Videos you ask Memriq Form to make are generated by Google's Veo models through the Gemini API; only the words you give for that video and any photos you upload for it are sent, and no Google user data (mail, calendar or Drive) is sent to it.
What you tell our agents stays between you
Even our agents work with agent-client privilege: whatever you tell them or share with them stays between you and them.
You may know the idea of privilege from lawyers: what a client tells their lawyer stays between the two of them. By “our agents” we mean Memriq's service and the AI models it uses to do the work, and both are inside the privilege — they read what you give them in order to do what you asked.
What you keep in Helm, and your captures, documents and notes in Harbor, are sealed with a key of your account's own, so a copy of what is stored, taken without Memriq's service, reads as scrambled text. The service opens it only within your own sign-in: to do what you ask, and to make a copy with every name, address, number and handle replaced, which is what runs when you are not there. Nothing opens your sealed material when you are not there, and the names come back only on your own screen.
