Topsway help

  • Deleting your data or getting a copyTopsway

You can delete your account yourself: open Settings and choose "Delete my account". That deletes your account, your LinkedIn profile data and activity, your network, your analyses and plans, and the information about other people that was collected through your account.

Two things are not yet removed automatically: copies of other people's public profiles that you looked up, and what Topsway's analysis assistant stored while working for you. Write to privacy@memriq.ai and they are removed too.

To get a copy of what Topsway holds about you, or to correct it, write to privacy@memriq.ai. The request is acknowledged within 5 business days and finished within 30 days.

If you are not a Topsway member and think Topsway holds information about you, write to privacy@memriq.ai with your LinkedIn profile address. You are told what is held and it is deleted within 30 days.

  • What Topsway is, and what every analysis gives youTopsway

Topsway is an AI-powered analyst for your LinkedIn personal brand. It reads your LinkedIn profile and your posting history, scores them, and gives you a personalised improvement plan.

Topsway is built by Memriq Holdings.

It is built for professionals who care about a job search, winning clients, thought leadership or building an authentic personal brand on LinkedIn. It is not a social media scheduler: it analyses, scores and recommends.

Every analysis gives you scores calibrated to the goal you chose, copy-paste ready rewrites in your own voice, a prioritised list of actions, and a content plan you can use the same day. The rewrites are the actual text, ready to paste into LinkedIn — not suggestions in the abstract.

    What Topsway does not do:

    • It does not publish anything to your profile. Every rewrite stays in Topsway until you copy and paste it. • It does not invent experience, skills or endorsements. • It reads publicly available LinkedIn data only. It does not need your LinkedIn password and does not post on your behalf.

  • Profile Analysis and Interactions Analysis — what each one scoresTopsway

Topsway has two kinds of analysis, and they are complementary.

Profile Analysis scores your static profile: your headline, about section, experience, education and overall positioning. The score reflects how clear and compelling your profile is to the audience you want to reach — recruiters, clients, peers or industry leaders. It gives specific recommendations, including rewrites for the weak sections: your headline, your about section and a description for each experience, built from your real data.

The six dimensions. Profile Analysis scores your profile on six dimensions, each out of 100, calibrated to your goal:

    • Photo — whether you have a profile photo and a background banner. • Headline • About • Experience • Skills • Authority — your certifications, the recommendations you have received, and a LinkedIn verification badge.

Interactions Analysis scores your activity: your recent posts, your posting cadence and how people engage. It shows which topics, formats and posting habits are working for you and which are holding you back, and turns that into a posting strategy.

Your goal changes the score. When you start, you choose a goal — a job search, winning clients or thought leadership. The same profile scores differently for a job search than for winning clients, because the bar is different, and every recommendation is shaped by that goal.

How to run one: connect your LinkedIn profile, set your goal, and Topsway produces your playbook.

Why run it again: after you apply the recommendations, a new Profile Analysis shows how your score moved and what to work on next. You can compare versions of your profile side by side to see what changed the score.

Each analysis of either kind uses one credit — see "How credits work".

  • Credits — what one buys, when it is used, and when it comes backTopsway

Credits are how Topsway counts analyses. One credit is one analysis run — a Profile Analysis or an Interactions Analysis.

    • Each plan includes a number of credits a month. How many a plan includes is read live from billing. • A credit is used when an analysis completes successfully. • If an analysis fails because of a system error (not a problem with your LinkedIn data), the credit is restored automatically within 24 hours. • Credits do not roll over to the next month. • When you have no credits left, the analysis buttons still say what they do and show that a credit is needed. • Your current credit balance is shown in the dashboard header.

This answers general questions about credits. A question about the credit balance on one account, or a specific charge, needs a person to look at that account.

  • Sending feedback, reporting a bug, and common problemsTopsway

Sending feedback or reporting a bug. The feedback button is the round button in the bottom-right corner of the screen — a different button from this support chat. Open it, highlight the part of the screen you mean, describe what happened and what you expected, and send it.

    Common problems:

    • An analysis seems stuck loading. Refresh the page. If it is still running after 10 minutes, ask here and a person will look at it. • Your LinkedIn URL is not accepted. It must start with linkedin.com/in/, and your profile must be public. • The dashboard does not load. Try a hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac.

Topsway is in early access, so there may be rough edges — feedback is expected and read.

  • Changing your plan — upgrading and downgradingTopsway

Topsway plans are monthly subscriptions, and you have one active plan at a time. You manage it on the Subscribe page: your current plan is marked, and the other plans show as Upgrade or Downgrade. What each plan includes is read live from billing.

    Upgrading to a higher plan:

    • takes effect immediately; • charges only the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period, not a full new charge; • tops up your credits right away by the difference between the two plans' monthly credits, so your balance reaches the new plan's amount.

    Downgrading to a lower plan:

    • is scheduled for the end of your current billing period; • you keep your current plan and its credits until then — nothing is charged and no credits are taken back; • from the next period you are on the lower plan and receive its monthly credits.

This explains how plan changes work in general. A question about one specific charge, a proration amount or the credit balance on one account needs a person to look at that account.
